Shipping & Handling
All orders dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre. Fast domestic delivery, no customs delays, plain discreet packaging.
1. Where We Ship From
All orders are dispatched from our UK-based third-party logistics (3PL) fulfilment centre. We hold stock in the UK so your order does not travel internationally - it ships domestically from UK to your UK address.
This means:
- No customs delays
- No import fees
- Fast delivery
We primarily serve United Kingdom addresses. Limited international shipping may be available at checkout where offered.
2. Dispatch Times
We process and dispatch orders on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
- In-stock orders placed before 1pm (GMT/BST): dispatched the same working day
- In-stock orders placed after 1pm: dispatched the next working day
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays: dispatched the next working day
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information when your order leaves our fulfilment centre.
3. UK Delivery Options
3.1 Standard Tracked Delivery
Carrier: Royal Mail Tracked 24 or equivalent tracked service
Estimated delivery: 1-2 working days after dispatch
Tracking: Full tracking provided via dispatch confirmation email
This is our default shipping method for all UK orders.
3.2 Next-Day Delivery
Where available at checkout, next-day delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed or equivalent carrier is offered for orders placed before 1pm on working days.
Next-day delivery is not available for orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, or the day before a bank holiday for Saturday delivery. Check checkout for availability.
3.3 Delivery Timeframe Summary
- Same-day dispatch: orders placed before 1pm on working days
- Standard delivery: 1-2 working days from dispatch
- Next-day delivery: next working day from dispatch (where selected and available)
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier. They are not guaranteed, and Pure Grade Labs is not liable for carrier delays outside of our control.
4. Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging. There is no Pure Grade Labs branding on the outside of any parcel. The sender name on the label will be our fulfilment centre reference, not Pure Grade Labs.
Inside the package, each product is labelled in compliance with UK research chemical labelling requirements, including:
- Product name (compound name and common name)
- Batch number
- Purity specification
- Storage requirements
- Research use only statement
- Supplier details
A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) reference is included with every order. You can download your full COA from the product page using your batch number.
5. Storage and Cold Chain
Research peptides require specific storage conditions to maintain integrity. Our fulfilment centre stores all compounds at the required temperature for the compound in question (typically -20°C for lyophilised peptides).
Once dispatched, compounds are shipped at ambient temperature in sealed vials. Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short transit periods when shipped in sealed vials.
Upon receipt, you should store compounds according to the instructions on the product label immediately.
Standard storage instructions:
Store at -20°C. Keep away from light and moisture. Do not freeze-thaw repeatedly once reconstituted.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your parcel on the carrier's website
- Estimated delivery date
If you have not received a dispatch email within 2 working days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@puregradelabs.com.
7. Failed Delivery
If you are not available to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will:
- Attempt redelivery on the next working day (for some services)
- Leave a 'Something for You' card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from your local delivery office
- Hold the parcel at your local delivery office for 18 days before returning to sender
If a parcel is returned to our fulfilment centre due to a failed delivery or an incorrect address provided by the purchaser, we will contact you. A redelivery charge may apply. We are not liable for parcels that fail to deliver due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
8. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect product, or an item is missing from your order:
- Email support@puregradelabs.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo of what you received

9. International Shipping
Where international shipping is offered at checkout, please note:
- International delivery times vary by destination - typically 5-14 working days
- The purchaser is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable in their destination country
- It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm that the ordered compounds are legal to import in their jurisdiction before placing an order
- Pure Grade Labs is not liable for parcels seized, delayed, or refused by customs authorities in any destination country
- International orders are dispatched at the purchaser's risk in relation to customs outcomes
