Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing from Pure Grade Labs.

These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern the sale of products by Pure Grade Labs ('we', 'us', 'our') through our website at puregradelabs.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.

1. About Pure Grade Labs

Pure Grade Labs is operated by Pure Grade Labs FZ-LLC, a UAE-registered company. We supply research-grade chemical compounds to qualified researchers. Our products are dispatched from the United Kingdom via our approved third-party logistics partner.

2. Research Use Only - Critical Notice

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT CLAUSE IN THESE TERMS. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

2.1 All products sold by Pure Grade Labs are supplied strictly and exclusively for legitimate in vitro laboratory research and scientific study purposes only.

2.2 Our products are NOT approved for, and must NOT be used for, any of the following:

Human consumption, ingestion, injection, or any form of in vivo self-administration
Veterinary use or administration to any animal outside of a licensed research setting
Food, dietary supplement, or cosmetic purposes
Diagnostic, therapeutic, or medicinal purposes of any kind

2.3 Our products are not medicinal products, medicines, or licensed pharmaceuticals. They have not been approved by the MHRA, the FDA, or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary use.

2.4 Our products are supplied in lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder form intended for laboratory reconstitution and in vitro research use only.

3. Purchaser Eligibility and Researcher Confirmation

3.1 By placing an order with Pure Grade Labs, you confirm, represent, and warrant that:

You are 18 years of age or older
You are a qualified researcher, scientist, academic, or other professional purchasing for legitimate research or scientific purposes
You are NOT purchasing these compounds for personal consumption, self-administration, or human use of any kind
You are NOT purchasing these compounds for resale to end consumers for personal use or for any purpose other than legitimate research
You understand that these compounds are research chemicals and are not food supplements, medicines, or consumer products
You have the knowledge, facilities, and qualifications appropriate to handle research-grade chemical compounds safely
Your purchase complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your country, region, or jurisdiction

3.2 If you cannot truthfully confirm all of the above representations, you must not place an order. Pure Grade Labs reserves the right to cancel any order where it has reasonable grounds to believe these representations are not accurate.

3.3 Pure Grade Labs shall bear no liability whatsoever for any misuse of its products, including but not limited to any use contrary to the representations in clause 3.1 above.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

4.1 All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

4.2 A binding contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order. Order confirmation emails are automated acknowledgements and do not constitute acceptance.

4.3 Product descriptions, purity specifications, and analytical data are provided for information purposes. Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available on all products and represent the verified specification for that batch.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 All prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout.

5.2 We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

5.3 We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. UK Delivery Terms

6.1 Dispatch: In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days from our UK fulfilment centre. Dispatch times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6.2 Delivery: Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or equivalent tracked service. Next-day delivery options may be available at checkout. Delivery is to UK addresses only unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6.3 Packaging: All orders are shipped in discreet, plain outer packaging. Product labels comply with UK regulatory requirements for research chemical labelling.

6.4 Failed Delivery: If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery or incorrect address provided by the purchaser, we may charge a redelivery fee. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

6.5 Risk: Risk in the products passes to you upon dispatch from our UK fulfilment centre. Title passes upon full payment.

6.6 International Shipping: We primarily serve UK addresses. International shipping availability is subject to the laws and regulations of the destination country. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure compliance with their local import regulations. We are not liable for any customs seizure or import duty.

7. Returns and Refunds Policy

7.1 Due to the nature of research chemical compounds and for regulatory, safety, and quality integrity reasons, we operate a strict no-returns policy on all products once dispatched.

7.2 We cannot accept returns because:

We cannot verify the storage conditions or handling of the product once it has left our fulfilment centre
Research-grade compounds require controlled storage (typically -20 degrees C). We cannot guarantee the cold chain has been maintained on any returned item
Acceptance of returns could create regulatory compliance issues under UK research chemical supply rules

7.3 Exceptions - we will issue a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances only:

The product is damaged upon arrival - photographic evidence must be provided within 48 hours of delivery
An incorrect product was sent - the sealed, undamaged incorrect product must be returned and a returns authorisation must be obtained from us in advance
The product is significantly below the purity specification on the batch COA - independent third-party verification may be required

7.4 To request a refund under clause 7.3, you must contact us at legal@puregradelabs.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. No refund requests will be considered after this period.

7.5 Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy where applicable under UK law.

8. Product Quality and Liability

8.1 We verify the purity and specification of all compounds via batch-specific HPLC analysis and, where applicable, mass spectrometry. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for every product.

8.2 Our products are supplied 'as is' for research purposes. We make no representations as to the suitability of any compound for any specific research application.

8.3 Pure Grade Labs' total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant products. We exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or special losses.

8.4 We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Prohibited Uses and Resale

9.1 You must not resell, distribute, or supply our products to any third party for human consumption, personal use, or any purpose other than legitimate in vitro research.

9.2 Any resale of our products must be accompanied by appropriate research-use labelling and must comply with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction of sale.

9.3 Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of your purchasing relationship with Pure Grade Labs and may be reported to relevant regulatory authorities.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10.2 Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order. We recommend reviewing these Terms before each purchase.
